Consolidated Mark Sheet & Rank Certificate
Consolidated Mark Sheet
Outgoing students after completing all the components in the curriculum will be provided with consolidated mark statement. This will be issued within a month after the publication of final semester results.
Rank Certificate
Candidates who have passed all the subjects and completed all the components prescribed for the programme with in the stipulated study period are only eligible for Ranking. Ranking is based on the marks scored in Part-III subjects and the candidates who have passed the Part-III subjects in First Attempt in the prescribed semesters are only eligible for ranking. Ranking is considered for candidates programme-wise (not class wise) for the first three positions. In the case of Reappearance, the first appearance mark is only considered for Ranking. Candidate absenting for any subject prescribed in Part-III and scoring higher marks in subsequent appearance in that subject is not eligible for ranking. Rank Certificates are issued to first three rank holders along with the Consolidated Statement of Marks.
Pass Certificate
- Candidate requiring Pass Certificate can apply to the Principal with prescribed fees.
- The certificate will be issued within three calendar days.
- Fees for Pass Certificate is Rs. 500/-.
Medium of Instruction Certificate
- Candidate requiring Medium of Instruction Certificate can apply to the Principal with prescribed fees.
- The certificate will be issued within three calendar days.
- Fees for Medium of Instruction is Rs. 100/-.
- Candidates abroad shall authorise parents/relatives to apply and get Medium of Instruction certificateon their behalf. In such case, a scanned copy of the requisition letter signed and mailed by the candidate shall be mailed to the Principal at principal@psgcas.ac.in Identification of the authorised person shall be stated properly in the requisition letter. The authorised person must submit a xerox copy of the proof of identification mentioned in the letter while applying for Medium of Instruction.
Transcripts
- Candidates requiring Transcripts shall down load the prescribed form and apply to the Principal, PSG College of Arts & Science along with a copy of the Consolidated Statement of marks and prescribed fees.
- Transcripts will be issued on the third calendar day on receipt of the application and fees.
- Fees for each copy of the Transcript is Rs. 1000/-.
Candidates abroad shall authorise parents/relatives to apply and get transcripts on their behalf. Duplicate Statement of Marks/ Consolidated Statement of Marks
- Candidates requiring Duplicate Statement of Marks or Consolidated Statement of marks shall down load the prescribed form and apply to the Controller of Examinations, PSG College of Arts & Science.
- Duplicate Marksheets will be issued only when it is lost or destroyed irrecoverably.
- The prescribed forms shall be filled-in only by the candidate. It shall be complete in every respect. Failure will cause delay in issue of the Duplicate Mark statement.
- The filled in form shall be submitted along with a FIR Copy/Non traceable Certificate issued by the Police Department.
- Fees prescribed for each Duplicate Statement of Marks / Consolidated Statement of Marks is Rs. 3000/-.
- Duplicate Certificates will be issued on the third calendar day on receipt of the application and fees.
Convocation Procedure
All the candidates of PSG College of Arts & Science who have completed their Degree Programmes successfully shall receive their Degree certificates from the Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. The mode of receiving the degree certificate can be opted by the student. The mode of receiving it can be either through the institution or through post directly to the recorded address furnished by the students in the convocation form. The convocation application form should be duly filled in and should enclose all the required attachments in order to be processed. The convocation fee shall be paid along with the final semester examination fees.
Education Verification
Verifying agencies (Employers / Corporate Organizations) who like to verify the educational qualifications/grade sheets of former students of this college who opt for higher studies / employment may apply to the Principal, PSG College of Arts & Science (principal@psgcas.ac.in). Fees for each verification is Rs. 1500/- and it has to be remitted in the form of Demand Draft (DD) taken in favour of the Principal, PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore, The verification process will be completed within three working days after receiving the Demand Draft (DD).
