General Rules
- Valid College ID is mandatory for library access.
- Silence must be maintained inside the library premises.
- Books must be returned on or before the due date.
- Use of mobile phones is restricted inside reading areas.
- Digital resources must be accessed as per usage policy.

The Talking Digital Library initiative aims to promote inclusive education by providing audio-based learning resources for students with visual impairments and diverse learning needs.

The Central Library has established the Talking Digital Library to facilitate equal access to academic resources through audio books, recorded lectures, and text-to-speech enabled digital content.
