Code of Conduct for Students Admitted at PSGCAS

  • Dress Code
    • Men: Collared shirts and formal trousers are required. T-shirts, casual pants, or dresses with wording are not permitted.
    • Women: Sarees or traditional salwar kameez are the only acceptable attire.
    • ID Cards:  Must be worn daily and presented upon request.
  • Communication
    • Letters to Principal: Must be routed through the Head of Department (HOD) or Class Tutor.
  • Conduct
    • Class Cancellation: Students are expected to utilize the library during canceled class periods.
    • Sitting: Parapet walls, steps, and staircases are not to be used as seating areas.
    • Lunch: Classrooms are not designated lunch areas.
    • Defacement of Property: Writing, scribbling, or painting on walls, desks, and other college property is strictly prohibited.
    • Damage to College Property: Students are responsible for replacing damaged college property at their own expense.
    • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on and near the campus.
    • Prohibited Activities:  Eve teasing, ragging, drug or liquor use, and participation in political or communal activities will result in immediate dismissal.
    • Language and Behavior: The use of foul language or rude behavior towards staff will result in expulsion.
    • Reporting Damage: Students are required to report individuals who damage college property to the Principal.
