3Generation of overall Rank List & Publication of Admission Counselling details (Date and Slots) for TNHSE Board1. Tentative counselling date and slots will be announced in the college website on the second day, after the publication of 12th results of TNHSE Board.
2. Exact counselling date, and slots will be intimated to the applicants on the third day from the date of publication of 12th results (after 6.00 p.m.), through mail and in application login page.
4Commencement of Admission Counselling for Special CategoryOn the fourth day from the publication of 12th TNHSE Board results, admission counselling for special category (Sports, NCC, Ex-Servicemen and Differently abled) will be done separately at respective venues at PSGCAS.
5Commencement of Admission Counselling for TNHSE BoardOn the fifth day from the date of publication of 12th TNHSE Board results, admission counselling for language programmes, arts and science (based on 12th subjects) will be done separately in the respective venues at PSGCAS.
6Commencement of Admission Counselling for Spot Admission ProgrammesAdmission Counselling for Spot Admission Programmes will start from the first day of publication of 12th results of TNHSE. Spot admission programmes and guidelines for admission process are given in the website.

The admission counselling will start from fifth day from the publication of 12th results of TNHSE and if the merit counselling for some community is over, then admission counselling will be done, only for available community vacancy.
If the candidate is not able to attend the admission counselling on the allotted date, and slot, they can apply for re-counselling by sending mail to admission@psgcas.ac.in.
The re-counselling will be done according to the available vacancies for respective programme and only candidates with valid reasons will be permitted for admission re-counselling.
The admission re-counselling will be done in the subsequent days, once the generated rank list lapses.

Similar to the above process of admission, counselling will be followed for CBSE board, after publication of their respective Board results. The other boards (like NIOS, ISE / ICSE, Kerala HSE, Karnataka HSE, Telugana HSE, Andra HSE and other HSE boards) admission will be done after their respective board 12th results are published. The other boards will be combined with CBSE, in case their results are published at the same time.

The admission counselling will start from second June and once if the merit counselling for some community is over, then the admission counselling will be done only for the available communities. 

If the candidate is not able to attend the admission counselling in the allotted date, and slot, then they can apply for re-counselling by raising the request in the admission help mail (admission@psgcas.ac.in). The re-counselling will be done according to the available vacancies for respective programme and only candidates with valid reasons will be permitted for admission re-counselling. 

The admission re-counselling will be done in the subsequent days once the generated rank list lapses.

Note: The admission is based on the percentage in part – III marks scored by the candidates. If the failed to pass all the mandatory papers to completed the degree or failed in any of the subject in sixth semester then admission will be cancelled for those candidates without any further notice.
