Eligibility Criteria

General eligibility criteria for admission into UG degree programmes:

• Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
• Programme-specific eligibility can be checked HERE
• When the +2 board results are released by respective boards, applicants should login to the application portal, enter the marks secured and submit / register the application to take part in single-window admission process.

General eligibility criteria for admission into PG degree programmes:

• Candidate must hold a relevant Undergraduate (UG) degree from a recognised university.
• Programme-specific eligibility can be checked HERE
• For certain programmes, additional requirements such as entrance tests / interviews may apply
• Candidates awaiting UG results may also apply with their marks up-to pre-final semester, subject to meeting eligibility and completion of all due courses for award of their degree at the time of admission.

Admissions are subject to Tamil Nadu government / University regulations:

• Reservation of seats for categories (SC / SCA / ST / BC / MBC / BCM / OC) will be followed as per prevailing Government of Tamil Nadu.
• Maximum age limit for applying UG & PG programmes as per Government of Tamil Nadu G.O.

Candidates are expected to keep scanned copies the following certificate as scanned copy & originals ready

• 10th,11th,12th Mark Sheets (For UG & PG)
• Diploma Mark Sheets (if applicable) (For UG & PG)
• UG Semester Mark Sheets (For PG)
• Consolidate Mark Sheets (For PG)
• Provisional Certificate (For PG)
• Transfer Certificate (For UG & PG).
• Digital Community Certificate (For UG & PG)
• Digital Income Certificate (For UG & PG).
• Digital Nativity Certificate (For UG & PG).
• Aadhar Card (For UG & PG).
