Career Development Center
- The primary objective of the Career Development Centre (CDC) of PSG College of Arts & Science is to help students in exploring their professional interests and map them to a variety of career choices
- CDC aids individuals in developing the competency required to enter and excel at the career choices such as entrepreneurship, competitive exams, campus placements and higher education
Skill Enhancement & Employability Development Program (SEED)
The SEED program is envisaged, developed and managed by Learning and Development Team – Branding and Corporate Communications department
- As part of SEED program, during their first year, irrespective of their departments, all students are trained on general life skills training topics like goal setting, etiquette, etc.,
- During their second year, they are trained on basic verbal and aptitude topics. Students are also oriented on stream specific topics.
- In their final year, they are grouped and groomed according to their career choices
- Students will have to undergo the SEED (Skill Enhancement & Employability Development) program in the 1st and 2nd years of their study
- Higher Studies India/Abroad
- Entrepreneurship
- Competitive Exams
- Campus Placements In the final year, students will be asked to pick one of the following career choice via an online questionnaire
- Students who opt for campus placements as their career choice will be inducted into career orientation program to help them navigate through the entire placement process
